• Delivery Timeframes:
• Within Karachi: Expect delivery within 2 to 3 working days.
• InterCity Deliveries: Allow 4 to 5 working days for delivery.
• Payment Options:
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available.
• Customers can also make payments via bank transfer, Jazz Cash (easy-paisa), or Naya pay.
• Urgent Delivery Requests:
• Need your order urgently? We’re here to assist! Place your order online and then reach out via email or WhatsApp with your order ID.
• Contact Information:
The contact details provided are solely for delivery
purposes.
• For order-related inquiries, we address questions via email.
• TCS courier service:
• Once items are dispatched via TCS, they are no longer under our direct care.
• In case of delays or damage during transit, feel free to ncontact TCS directly.
• Responsibility and Delays:
We cannot be held liable for delays caused by incomplete
contact information, nunresponsive attempts during delivery, or
area restrictions/road closures.
International Shipping: Most items can be shipped
internationally. Quotations are based on weight, volume, and delivery location.
• Damaged Items:
If an item arrives damaged, we review replacement requests on an individual basis. Claims for damaged items must be made within ¾ hour of receiving the order.

• Cancellation of orders upon delivery will incur delivery charges to be settled by the customer.
• Failure to clear delivery charges upon cancellation will result in a ban on future orders with HUNERKAARI

• We are not liable for delays caused by strikes, market closures, or governmental regulations.
