Order Policy

Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our terms of service regarding product ordering and delivery times before placing your order. This ensures we can serve you better.
• Orders from ready to deliver stock are typically processed within 2 to 3 working days within Karachi and for other cities 4 to 5 working days.
• Please note that 90% of our products are made to order.it takes 8/10 working days also subjected on order size
• Orders require 50% advance payment for bespoke bulk orders
or handmade/customized/personalized items valued at 10k/- or more
• For special requests such as bulk orders or time-sensitive deliveries, please contact us via e-mail or WhatsApp
• Specific processing times are as follows:
• prayer set, personalized prayer mat 2 to 4 weeks as per order size also depends on gifting season.
• bridal sets 6 to 8 weeks or as per order size or availability
• Our working days are Monday to Friday. Orders received after 6 pm will be processed the next working day.

• we offer customization for changing the colors, material type (subjected on availability) if you want detailed changes in design or work on your given design you should pay extra
